Sure, here's a simple recipe for fresh pineapple juice:

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe pineapple, peeled and chopped
  • 2 cups water
  • Sugar or honey to taste (optional)

Directions:

  1. Place the chopped pineapple and water in a blender or food processor.

  2. Blend the pineapple and water until it becomes a smooth puree.

  3. Strain the puree through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove any remaining solids.

  4. Taste the juice and add sugar or honey, if desired.

  5. Pour the juice into a pitcher and chill in the refrigerator until cold.

  6. Serve the pineapple juice over ice and enjoy!

Note: If you prefer a thinner juice, you can add more water to the puree before straining it. Conversely, if you prefer a thicker juice, you can strain the puree less or not at all.
